A Flame Demon, one of my favorite enemies from CastleVania: Symphony of the Night, prepares to charge up some serious firepower.
Feeling confident with color pencils in late '98. Anne Felis was completely dominating The CastleVania Dungeon's Fan Art section with her great color pencil drawings of CV:SotN characters. To my surprise, she actually drew ENEMY characters! Up until then, everyone but myself it seems always focused on the pathetic Alucard and his deeply rooted personal issues. She did a Flame Demon, so I thought I'd try my hand at it, too. I root for the monsters, for it is the monsters slain that make the hero. What would Symphony of the Night be without its spectacular array of evil beasties? |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
